The photo at top shows the safari team entering the grand hall, now undergoing reconstruction. Pass your cursor over the second image, and a slide show of two additional  interior shots will be displayed, showing the grand hall and 'bar', where the ancients were rumored to serve intoxicating beverages to enhance the festive spirit.

Below is the current state of the digs to the rear of the visier's grand hall, showing the ceremonial cleansing pool, and the workmen's excavation trackways used during the reconstruction.
